How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to get your order to you within 3-5 business days.
What equipment do you use?
I use a Canon EOS 7D, with differing lenses depending on my subject.
What sizes are your prints available in?
Available sizes vary by photograph. You’ll find the size options on each product page. Each size is selected to ensure a high-quality print.
Do prints come framed or unframed?
You can choose. I offer framed, unframed and self-assembly options.
Will the colours look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print. Screen brightness, display settings and the lighting where you view your print can all affect how the colours appear. If the colour is not to your satisfaction then please get in touch.
How are prints packaged for delivery?
I package every print carefully to help protect it during delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Get in touch as soon as possible and I'll be able to help.
Can I request a different print size?
I currently offer only the sizes listed on each product page, to maintain print quality.
Where were your photographs taken?
All my photographs, so far, have been taken in the UK.
Can I use your photographs on my website or social media?
No. All photographs are owned wholly and solely by CJA Photography.
